Each 10x10 exhibit booth includes:

• One 6'-wide draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket

• One 8'-tall back drape and two 3' side drapes

• One full registration with access to all plenary and technical sessions, food functions, and the exhibit hall

• One additional exhibit booth personnel registration (includes some food functions; does not include the Awards Lunch)

• 10 exhibit hall guest passes, valid only during non-food & beverage times

• Booth ID sign

• Company presence on the conference app. Exhibitors can add a description & branding elements as well as upload documents and videos

• Hyperlinked company listing with booth number on the conference website

• Company listing in the conference issue of ITE Journal

• FREE lead retrieval with attendee email

• Pre-conference registrant mailing list and post-conference attendee mailing list with email addresses

Each 10x10 exhibit booth does NOT include:

• Complimentary electrical power**

• Booth carpeting** (ITE will carpet the aisles and strongly recommends that exhibitors carpet their booth.)

*ITE will offer internet access within the entire meeting space. Exhibitors which prefer or need dedicated internet will be able to purchase it in the exhibitor portal, available in February 2027.

**Exhibitors will be able to purchase electrical power and carpeting in the exhibitor portal, available in February 2027.

Application to Exhibit

​

All organizations interested in exhibiting need to complete this application and submit the necessary fees. All fees are in US Dollars and need to be remitted prior to set up begins on July 23.
