Accommodations

The Joint ITE International and Florida Puerto Rico District Annual Meeting and Exhibition is being held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, located at 9801 International Drive, Orlando, FL. ITE has reserved a block of rooms for both private sector ($197 plus taxes) and government employees ($142 plus taxes).

 

Please note:

• The Hyatt Regency Orlando is completely sold out of on Saturday night, August 9. Individuals can still book rooms from August 10 forward. Here are a few options for hotels nearby (we do not have a room block at these locations):

  • Rosen Plaza  (Located at 9700 International Drive, .5 mile from the Hyatt Regency Orlando.)  

  • Rosen Centre  (Located at 9840 International Drive, 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency Orlando.)

  • Hilton Orlando (Located at  6001 Destination Pkwy, 1 mile from the Hyatt Regency Orlando.)

• The government rate block is limited and individuals will be required to show their government id at check in. 

• ITE does not contract with any third party to reach out to you to secure rooms. All rooms should be reserved directly using the links below. Please ignore any calls from organizations claiming to offer a block.
